Just wanted to thank you for the interactive and charged three days program held by you. Just thought of letting you know that some of the tools like 15-word statement and “More of /Less of”, was used just a few days back. And it really helped us a lot. I also, started off by reading Stephan Covey’s book on the 7 habits… and got the book- “Blink” too.

In fact, a lot of ideas that came out during our last session, that you conducted, have been implemented! This year we have added a few more managers and was looking at a similar session to kick-start some good business ideas
